Trail's End Cheesecakes has been given the opportunity to collaborate and expand the past few months. The most recent opportunity is to be a part of the coop bakery, Trolley Stop Bakery, located on 141 and Olive in Chesterfield. I plan to deliver different flavors on a weekly basis.
We were able to collaborate with Erbe Farms to create a Vegan Lion's Mane Mushroom Cheesecake. You get all the health benefits from the mushroom while eating the cheesecake.
This past fall Grounded and Free asked if I could make cheesecake to replicate their beverage list. It has been a very fun adventure to tap in and create these unique flavors.

Our Story
The first time I baked a cheesecake, I enlisted the help of my father as my husband of 2 years wanted a Butterfinger cheesecake and I couldn't find one in any store. So we made one. circa January 2004. I'd like to say I've been baking them ever since, but that's not true. I started baking them again in 2014 to pay for my running a half marathon or longer in all 50 states while spreading awareness to the veteran suicide rate. I completed the majority of the races with the non profit 22 Too Many. Now, I am setting up at the local farmer's market and other small events in St. Charles MO. People order and pick up from my house until I can land a perfect location on Main Street St. Charles. The goal is to leave a legacy for our daughters and their families if that is the route they choose. Pictured to the left is my family and you can expect to be served by any of them when ordering from Trail's End Cheesecakes.
